What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

Your user ID is your membership number, provided to you by ukactive. If you've forgotten your username or password, just call 02074008600, or email info@ukactive.org.uk. 

If you wish to change your login details, you will be able to do so once logged into your account, or alternatively you are able to do so over the phone.


I’m not a ukactive member, what should I do?

ukactive provide discounted tickets for members only. If you are not a member, please call 02074008643, so that you can secure access these exclusive events at the best rate – and get networking!

Where do I find my tickets?

Most of ukactive’s events are non-ticketed events. You will receive a name badge upon arrival to each event. To make registration a speedy process, we ask delegates to print confirmation emails prior to arrival.

Can I pass on my ticket to someone else?

Yes you can! If you know this in advance, please email events@ukactive.org.uk. We can change your ticket on the day, however please note, the new delegate may not receive a name badge and the ticket must be as purchased.

When will agendas be announced?

Outlines of agendas and running times will always be released at least two weeks prior to events. At this stage, confirmed delegates will receive a Virtual Delegate Pack, detailing agenda and events details.  Please note all information is subject to last minute changes.


How do I pay for my tickets?

·         Credit / Debit card (excluding American Express)

·         Invoice

·         BACS transfer

What do you mean by billing address?

The billing address is the address you have registered with your card issuer – it's where we will send your statements / invoices.

How do I get a confirmation of my booking?

When you order your event tickets, you will be asked to provide an email address. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours. If you have not received this confirmation or have lost it, please email events@ukactive.org.uk

Can I view a receipt of my booking?

A confirmation email, including your receipt, will be sent to you after purchase.


If you require any other receipts please call 02074008600, and a member of the ukactive team will send this to you.
