Landmark prosecution for gym owner that allowed a 15 year old to use a sunbed.

A 15 year old girl suffered severe burns all over her body after she was illegally allowed to use a sunbed in a gym. As a consequence, she had to spend 24 hours attached to a drip in hospital and missed three weeks of school suffering blisters on her chest, back, legs and face.
