If you’re unsure which category to enter, review the award categories on the website and consider which best fits your work or achievements. You can also refer to the Entry Guide and submission form PDF documents.

• Opening date for purchasing your award entry: From the w/c 30th March
• Deadline for purchasing your award entry: 8th May
• Opening date for submissions: 20th April
• Deadline for written submissions: 15th May
• Finalists Announced: From the w/c 20th July
• Virtual Judges’ House: 12th August – 21st August
• Awards Ceremony: 8th October

• £295 + VAT for non-members

Entering the awards is a two-step process:

Step 1: Click “Enter” on the homepage to pay for your entry. You will be directed to the order payment page.

Step 2: Prepare and submit your entries. You can either:

• Work on your responses in advance by referring to the submission form questions PDF, or
• Complete your entries online from the 20th of April when the forms open.

All entries must be submitted by 15th May.

The submission forms will open on 20th April and can be accessed via the portal on the website.

You can start preparing your entry in advance by reviewing the questions in the PDF document available on the website. This allows you to draft your answers ahead of time so you’re ready to submit as soon as the forms go live.

Yes! You can save your progress and return to the submission form at any time before the deadline. Just make sure to submit your completed entry by 15th May.

Yes, all entrants, except those in Group C (Individual and Team Achievement) and Group D (Outstanding Honours) will receive a feedback report.

If your entry does not make it to the finalists stage, your feedback report will be issued at that point in the awards process.

If your entry is shortlisted, your feedback report will be provided after the awards ceremony.
